Are you a snow bird, heading south for the winter? Or perhaps your Maryland house is your second home and you live elsewhere in the summer? If you are leaving your property unattended for an extended period of time, Exotic Pet Pals can provide reliable, professional and insured home security checks for your peace of mind, no pets required!

Our service include much of what we already include in our pet sitting service:

Indoor and outdoor visual inspections

Window and door checks

Vehicle and garage checks

Furnace, water tank, and appliances checks

Indoor temperature checks

Mail, flyer, and package pick up (we'll sort out the obvious junk mail too so you won't have to upon your return)

Watering indoor/outdoor plants, flowers, gardens and greenhouses

Maintenance & filling of bird feeders and bird baths

Indoor and outdoor lights rotation

Toilet flushing and faucet running

Placing trash & recycling bins at curb when necessary

Light maintenance of ponds, pools and hot tubs

Emergency visits in case of an alarm or bad weather

* General lawn maintenance will not be provided, but we'll gladly coordinate with your landscaper if home access is needed.
 

A Visit Report with comments and photos will be sent each time.

$25 per home security check for up to 30-minutes of care. Like with pet sitting, holiday fees may be applied.
