Exotic Pet Pals has partnered with Time To Pet to have our own Client App and online Client Portal. We have found this to be easy for anyone to use - you do not need to be tech savvy.

​Our pet sitting software is secure and we promise to never share your information. Our software allows you to input and update your info, request services and make secure payments directly from the Client App or the Client Portal. You’ll also get real-time updates, pictures and visit reports during our visits.

Whether it's for pet sitting, dog walking, or an exotic pet wellness service, the client portal will make the process easier. We also encourage clients to download the Time To Pet app after you've created your login credentials in the client portal. Once you're logged into the app, turn push notifications on so you'll receive real-time visit reports from us!
